How To Prepare: Use one teaspoon per cup. Add dried herb to a teapot or plunger and add boiling water. Let the tea steep for at least three minutes. Flavour with honey or lemon. Most blends taste delicious as iced tea. Iced Tea: Use about one tablespoon per litre. Place the herbs in a jug and fill with cold spring water. Leave it in the fridge for a minimum of 4 hours. Serve over ice with lemon, honey or sweetener as desired. |
